There is three Stages of the Procedure you will go through as we process your Short Sale with the Opportunity to Stay in the real estate, you presently refer to as "HOME".
The first is filling out, to the right, the initial Contact Information, so we can enter you into our system.
Once you finish and submit the form, a Short Sale counselor will contact you, to discuss the initial steps. Again, our services do not cost the Consumer.
The 2nd Step will be our Exclusive Real Estate Broker, will contact you, make an appointment to come to your home, discuss the real estate transaction part of this transaction and then proceed with the "Private Listing" due to we already have the "Cash Buyer" in place. There will not be an "For Sale Sign" in your yard and no showings to strangers.
The third and final step, is the Negotiator, will contact you, help you build the required "Hardship" and then help you fill out the other needed Financial Statement the Negotiator needs to get your approved by your back.
We never leave you hanging, you are called once a week, sometimes more often, so you can understand why the delays, what is happening and when the aspects, as they change, occur and you are informed of them.
